Fluffé! is dedicated to organizing events that take place in a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all parties involved. This includes participants, organizing team members, and partners involved in hosting the event.Therefore, it is important to read and understand this Code of Conduct before registering and participating in the event.

Consent and interactions

Consent is mandatory at all times during the event and must be obtained for all interactions such as physical contact, taking photos and other forms of interaction.Participating in the event does not constitute a form of consent. Please be mindful of others and tailor your behaviour appropriately to keep the environment safe and welcoming for the community.

Clothing

Upperhalf nudity is allowed within the event's space regardless of gender identity. Although, please be mindful when moving around in the venue and interacting with others. Even though security is informed about this, it can put staff in an arkward position when assistance is requested.Exposed genitals or lower half nudity is prohibited, therefore attendees must wear clothing over their underwear like shorts, pants, fursuit, etc. If underwears are visible, please keep it tasteful and respectful.Footwear must be worn at all times at the event for safety. If wearing fursuit paws, please use fursuit sandals or outdoor feet paws if possible.Uniforms representing or inspired by authoritative figures are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to military and police outfits.

Venue

Please remember that we are guests in the chosen venue. Therefore,
be mindful of the venue's installations, equipment, staff and broader neighbourhood.No damage to the venue's property will be tolerated on site. The venue may request compensation for any damage caused to its facilities.

Respecting others' property

Be mindful of others clothing, equipment and other belongings. We all value our outstanding outfits and setups. Therefore, any repairs and replacements following breakages must be paid by attendees who caused the damages at their own expense.

Right to refuse service

Fluffé! and the venue reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event if their actions, behavior, or participation disrupt the event or the enjoyment of others. An appeal can be requested by contacting the Fluffé! team.If an attendee's actions are deemed disruptive or dangerous to themselves or others, they may be removed from the event at the discretion of the organizers.Fluffé! and the venue also reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual without the need for disclosure of reason.

Prohibited items and activities

Sexual activities are not permitted at the event at any time and any place.No outside beverages are allowed inside the venue. All drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) must be purchased from the venue’s bar. Water will be available for free on-site.No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.No drugs or substances may be brought to the event. THC must be smoked or vaped at least 9 feet away from any entrance.Please refrain from brining fursuit totes, suitcases, or large kits. If it cannot be kept in a car or at home, it must be checked in at the locker room. Prefer backpacks or foldable bags, like an IKEA bag or similar size and softness.

Photography and recording

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed by event organisers for promotional purposes. You may decline being photographed by asking the photographer directly at the moment the photo is being taken.If you wish to bring camera gear at the event, you must discuss it with the event organisers beforehand.

Warranties and limitations of liability

Fluffé! and the venue is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential) to personal belongings brought at the event.The maximum liability of claims arising from the event are limited to the amount paid by the attendee for the event ticket.
